At its regular meeting on October 19, 2016 the Limestone District School Board approved the recommendation from the School Enrolment/School Capacity Committee of the Whole Board (SE/SCC) to conduct a Pupil Accommodation Review (PAR) for Yarker Family School and Odessa Public School.
At PARC Working Meetings, SE/SCC Meetings and the Board Meeting the public is welcome to attend as observers.
At the PARC Public Meetings all of the public in attendance will have opportunity to be engaged in discussions about the Initial Staff Report and provide feedback that will be communicated to the Board through the Final Staff Report.
The public may also provide feedback on the Initial Staff Report through a PARC member or by sending an e-mail or a written letter to the Accommodation Review Facilitator.
The public may also make application to present at the SE/SCC meeting to receive delegations. (See Board Policy #9 Section 17)

The questions and/or comments will be forwarded to the PARC for information. Answers to questions pertinent to the work of the PARC will be posted to this website and included in the PARC meeting minutes.
