The Limestone District School Board serves children age four and older at 51 elementary, 11 secondary and 8
alternative learning centres covering a geographic area of 7,719 square kilometres across the City of Kingston, the Townships of Central Frontenac, North Frontenac, South Frontenac, Addington Highlands, Loyalist, Stone Mills, the Frontenac Islands and the Town of Greater Napanee. Courses for adults are also available.

How to register
Register your child at the school he or she will attend with the required documentation. Schools accept registrations throughout the year but are closed in July and most of August. School offices open the last week of August for registrations. You can also contact your school to set up an appointment during the school year.
The International Education Program gives students from outside Canada the opportunity to study at a local elementary or secondary school in the Limestone District School Board’s jurisdiction. Currently there are over 160 international students from countries such as Hong Kong, Korea, China, and Mexico attending schools in our district. Also,

Proof of your child's age (birth certificate, baptismal certificate or passport)
Proof of address (driver's licence of parent/guardian, household bills, federal government forms)
Proof of immunization (child's immunization record - visit KFL&A Public Health for more information)
