Family Lending Library

Limestone Learning Foundation

The purpose of the Family Lending Library, a partnership with KFL&A Public Health, is to provide a wide-range of resources to support parents and guardians in supporting student learning at school. Public Health physically houses the library and arranges for the distribution and collection of resources with schools. This library and its resources were made possible thanks to a Parents Reaching Out (PRO) Grant from the Ministry of Education.

Resource Catalogue

The resource catalogue will continue to be updated as further resources are added, so please check back regularly. The catalogue is organized alphabetically by general theme (for example, Parenting or Special Needs). If you see a resource in the catalogue that you would like to borrow, please note the resource code number (for example A6 or G16). Once you are finished with the catalogue, please complete the lending agreement and submit your request for resources. Your request is submitted directly to KFL&A Public Health who will fill your order.

Register for a Resource

Resources can be withdrawn from the library for up to three weeks, and will be sent to/from your child's school via the internal Board courier. Your child's school will notify you when the resource has arrived at the school for you to pick up, or for your child to bring home. Resources will be sent inside a bag to ensure privacy. Once you are finished with the resource, or the three weeks has expired, simply return the resource(s) in the bag to your child's school and it will be returned to the library. If you have any questions, please e-mail.
