Summer Programming

Limestone Learning Foundation

The Limestone District School Board offers a variety of programs over the course of the summer for students in a range of grades.  

  • Count-On-Me Summer Math and Robotics Program: An intensive three-week intervention program for Limestone District School Board students entering grades 4 to 6. The program focuses on developing fundamental skills in proportional reasoning, specifically with multiplication skills and fractions allowing students to be more successful in their following school year.
  • Read-A-Lot Summer Literacy ProgramA summer literacy program for students in Senior Kindergarten to Grade 8 who require remedial assistance in the areas of reading and writing which will allows students to be more successful in their following school year.

  • Summer Session (Secondary): A session for secondary students who wish to upgrade their marks, or for students who wish to "reach ahead" to earn credits for courses they have not previously taken

The Limestone District School Board is situated on traditional territories of the Anishinaabe & Haudenosaunee.
