The Limestone District School Board together with School Mental Health Ontario has developed a resource for parents and families of children in junior and senior kindergarten and those entering
kindergarten.

The resource includes a document and videos with information, activities and suggested books about social emotional learning (SEL) during the early years. These skills are important for children’s overall well being and success throughout school and life.

We want to know:
• Is the resource helpful?
• Is it easy to understand?
• Is the information important to you?

Your feedback is valuable and will help us move forward to have the resource ready to launch to parents and families in early 2020.

You’re invited to preview the resource with other parents and families and to discuss your thoughts and opinions at a feedback session from 9-11 a.m., November 12, 2019 at LDSB Educational Services. Please RSVP by November 8 to Mental Health Lead Laura Conboy.

The Limestone District School Board is situated on traditional territories of the Anishinaabe & Haudenosaunee.
